The battle continues
Multiple factions seek the same goal, with mandated cooperation from their superiors until only-known-to-them requirements are fulfilled. Then the gloves come off.
Ignis, a Level 37 operative from an alternate world, has been running from Kazar Warriors (from the destroyed planet, Oqthcalia). She appears in Earth, and immediately, L37, IERA, and LFER are dispatched to the fray.
In an alleyway in the aftermath of the IERA detonating a reinforced exhaumoglobin blast, there are severe casualties in the town of Clarksville, TN. IERA agents are sweeping the area of survivors. LFER agents are doing the same, hopeful to recover any ROGUE agents who might return to the fold.
LFER supers are dispatched to a NYC sewer after their agents hijacked IERA systems to locate energy signatures similar to those observed (and lost) in the previous Prison Ship Martyrs Monument interaction. But they come face-to-face with Level 37.
Members of the IERA REA Team 5 are dispatched to complete a botched darkening assignment.
Heroes from all the factions meet in the Prison Ship Martyrs Monument Park as the nearby IERA Command Center explosion has released fragments of "the key" into the nearby area. All factions are attempting to recover components of the key, but ultimately their warring against each other leave them vulnerable to the IERA. In the end, one LFER agent and one L37 agent are captured by IERA agents as they are blasted by the Recon Jet's Energy Cannon.
The heroes, after having been faced with several new drug induced power users. Go back to find the drug that is causing this nightmare. In the process of looking for the drugs, they encounter an Animated earth elemental Guarding a doorway. It goes other dimensionally from there!
Heroes chase the villains into the Metro and deal with them.

Recent Level 37 acolytes have been gathered for a massive engagement against IERA in Seabrook. Having received intel that the IERA was planning another set of darkenings in that area, L37 intends to interrupt the IERA and save the mutants who are being targeted by the IERA.

For Robert William Black a.k.a The Commandant, consciousness sometimes comes with the very unwelcome complication that he doesn't always remember how he got there. Is his bionic arm to blame? Tonight, he awakens just as the heavy door closes behind him and he finds himself inside of a barroom, holding a small slip of paper with just two words on it "big lou".
After her first few assignments with the IERA, Ange reports back to Level 37 for a briefing. Level 37 is always peculiar — the briefing is recorded both by digital assistant and by a ‘scribe’ dressed in robes writing on a scroll. She quickly provides her report and the meeting is adjourned. Immediately afterward, Ange is teleported unceremoniously back to her assignment with the IERA at the FE Warren Air Force Base. The closest they can get her without detection is an alleyway in Old Town Fort Collins, forty or so miles south of Cheyenne. She begins to walk out of the alleyway but is approached by a cloaked figure who inconspicuously reveals the sign of Level 37. “I am the founder of Operation Angel,” he says abruptly. “But my memories of it have been stolen from me by the scribes.” The man stares at Ange for a few moments. “I know your face. I know your face! But I cannot remember your name…” He grunts, angrily and takes a step backward. “Maybe you can help me?”, he asks sincerely.

Roland Drake, A wealthy patron of Level 37, has been incarcerated by the IERA for attempting to generate X levels of energy. He was held is a high security lockup in Atlanta, GA. The L37 operative, known as "The Widow", has been able to hack into the IERA transportation system and initiate a transfer of Roland to a facility in Nashville, TN.
