Book 1, Chapter VI: The Lantern Festival Report

General Summary

Noel woke up with a full grown tail. Priest of the Temple of Shemia on the Twin Hills visited the guild.   Iron Wall and Hope found a guild dedicated to hot air balloons, and got plans on how to make a huge lantern.   The party made a huge lantern, shaped like a shooting star filled with fire resistant pink cherry blossom petals.   The party got costumes for the Lantern Festival.   The guild wrote their messages on the inside of the lantern. They were the following:

• "Thank you for letting me meet the Fallen Stars." - Mira in Cavasian
• "I hope you're doing well, creator." - Iron Wall in Dwarven
• "Thank you for guiding me - To my past lives." - Pan in Fey
• "Thank you for giving me a second chance." - Dew in Fey
• "Thank you for the food." - Noel in Common
• "To all those that I have wronged, I am sorry." - Hope in Kitsune
• "Gods, don't let me fail again. Don't let me fail them." - Alejandro Jose Orcish

  The party went into Lancia and played as many games as they could.   During Fortune Telling, the party learned that their next mission would be bad due to a mysterious feminine figure.   However, due to the World card, they know it would be an assured success.   Valori and Marigold were invited to the Fallen Stars Adventuring Guild.   Noel had the Death card drawn twice when relating to her tail.   The party headed back to the Guildhall, and let their giant lantern fly into the sky. The highest, and the biggest lantern in the shape of a Falling Star.
