The Cursed Dragon of Phandelver Campaign

• BorOg K'eth
  A cheerful fatherly sort that's all chummy when not dealing with business, and when dealing with good business too. He's not so chummy when business is bad, and it's rumored his vicious side is pretty bad.
• Elmar Barthen
  Middle-aged, round-faced man wearing small spectacles. Bald up top, with a monk's halo of gray hair, neatly trimmed, wrapping around the back of his head from ear to ear. Usually wearing overalls over a work shirt and heavy boots. Barthen is known and respected by nearly everyone in town, and he is usually up on all the gossip to be had.
• Gundren Rockseeker
  Gundren is a dwarven treasure hunter. He and his brothers, Tondren and Andren, all hail from the Irondeep mountains to the east. Gundren has made a career of tunneling for hidden treasures all up and down the Sword Coast. He is a little bit obsessed with his latest target, the lost Forge of Spells.
• Hela Thornton
  Severe, elderly half-elf, shrewd businesswoman, grew up here in the frontier so as hard and tough as anyone. Hela is well-respected, being in control of the purse strings that pay most of the people in the town. Many have a fearful opinion of her, thinking something isn't entirely straightforward with her.
• Master Sergeant Sildar Hallweather
  Sildar grew up in Phandalin, and went off to join the Neverwinter army years ago. He is well-known and well-liked among the people of Phandalin, and has many friendly contacts in Neverwinter. Since his retirement from the military, he is focused on helping Phandalin get back on its feet and becoming the prosperous beacon of commerce and civility his parents always imagined it could be.
