Session 5: Puzzling Ancient Treasures Report

General Summary

The crew continue to mine, taking a route close to but not directly towards, the recent magma flow.#   During a night's watch, Nina Nucklestamp finds and old metal tablet, seemingly blank, but susceptible to Pebble's magical interpretation.  It appears to be a set of counting runes or symbols.    Day Six of the expedition
After a night puzzling over it, digging resumed with a rich vein of red diamonds filling much of one wagon.  Partway into the day, the mine emerges into the edge of an ancient chamber.  Puzzling out (at some pain the symbology on five alcoves allows a hidden cache of treasures to be revealed, including a belt of great strength, a magical hammer, strange lenses and piled ingots of multiple metals.
