Session 39: Live With Them Report
General Summary
Cicero roamed around in the earliest hours of the 1837th Flurdance, 24th Day T5A, enjoying the night sky without the haunting presence of the Pearlflynt. They felt at peace, but also a strange loneliness. They came upon Lito's Sharp returning from outside the town in the middle of the night and had a very awkward conversation with him, unusual for the charismatic cowboy. They then returned around the rising of the sun at 6 pm and ran a few errands throughout the day. During the night of the 24th Anastasia began crafting another healing potion and Legacy began experimenting with a potential blinding magnesium bomb. As the night of the 24th passed into the morning of the 25th Anastasia completed their healing potion, with an extra added benefit of being slightly more effective too. Anastasia went to tell Yibliet, but it was clear that the goblin was hiding something from Anastasia, what exactly the master spy couldn't tell. The conversation became more awkward when it was revealed that Yibliet had been doing basic arcane incantations and writing out simple rituals for Salem who wanted to test their aptitude for such things. Downstairs Cicero answered a knock at the door and was greeted by Torin with a chest in their hands. They handed it to Cicero and said it was for the armor the traveling merchant sold, the chest contained 600 platinum pieces. Anastasia overheard Amacia talking to the weird ah black cat Cicero got from Qasriga and decided to inquire as to what they were talking about. Turns out that Almacia had been secretly watching a young man she found quite attractive return late at night to his home. Anastasia insisted that Almacia try to speak to him, and Almacia was persuaded to go to his house and give it a try. The pair spoke a little about how interesting topside society is. When they arrived Fred was not home, and his mom seemed a bit concerned about a Drow woman inquiring into his status. With that, the pair left and returned to the Frat House. With preparations now complete the party set out on the road to Qasriga but found something along the way. 3 Armed men searching through the forest, and a goliath child wearing chains and rags hiding from them. . .
