The Blind Cavern, Entrance Report

General Summary

• Game start: Flying to the Skull Collectors cave; escorted by the Lord of Ice.
• Chasing Wind ritual casts Rary’s Telepathic Bond putting everyone in a telepathic party chat.
• Chasing Wind hears and understands the fire giants, Graam, comment about Rüzgar’s lackeys arriving unexpectedly.
• Bud deceives Graam and convinces him that they are a group of adventurers sent by Rüzgar to pick up the prisoner.
• Gary, the hobgoblin, leads the team to the back of the cave system to pick up the prisoner, Grand Marshal Larina Perunal.
• On the way out, the team ambushes Gary and three more hobgoblins. Three are pushed into the 200-ft deep crevasse and Gary escapes to tell Graam about the attack.
• The team is attacked by the roper which hangs above the crevasse. The roper is defeated in about 20 seconds (4 rounds). It hurt Tarmek a decent amount, but otherwise everyone else is unharmed.
• The team loots the treasure chests near the hobgoblins gaining: 12,100 copper, 950 silver, 70 gold, 15X Jasper, yellow (50 gp each), 15X Rock crystal, translucent (50 gp each), 8X Potion of Greater healing, 1X Potion of Bad Taste.
• Game End: Bud turns the corner to see Skull Collector staring at him from atop a pile of skulls.

• Skull Collector and Graam are holding Grand Marshal Larina Perunal prisoner.
• Grand Marshal Perunal has been held for 3 days
• Grand Marshal Perunal was attacked by the Dragon Empire at her command outpost, Castle Valtros in the Magdar Kingdom.
• Rüzgar leads the portion of the Dragon Empire just south of the Magdar Kingdom
