Session 7: Tollway Trouble Report

General Summary

February 17, 2022  

• Savrial knocks out Agdon and the other brigands either surrender or flee. We learn that Agdon was nailed to the giant tree by Zybilna because he was a dick, but he made a deal with Bavlorna and she freed him, cutting down the tree.
  
  
• Clyde suggests we nail Agdon back to the tree after we made him promise to return JingleJangles’s truffles to her. We commandeer one of the boats and set off towards the city of Downfall.
  
  
• Along the way we spy a ship with humans that we manage to avoid. Mr. Ash Fox meets Chester, a strange creature that sells him snacks. Then we come across a sponge which suddenly ‘attacks’ Savrial, almost killing them in one hit, and we sail away as fast as we can.
  
  
• We come across a bullywog colony and Savrial is invited to the King’s Court as they are royalty. We don’t have enough buttons to properly dock our boat so Savrial decides to just kick it away from the dock, and Dock Master Doc Marten doesn’t seem to mind.
  
  
• One of the buildings is on fire and the group rushes to help, finding it swarmed by enchanted coals that nearly best the party along with a marrowfolk that attacked Savrial, but we come out victorious. Duke Ickrind bestows a brooch upon Savrial as thanks for our help, saying it will ensure us the king’s favor.
