S.1. Humble beginnings.

General Summary

In the village of Mistpeak our heroes have converged. Barnabus had come seeking fame and glory. Grenwyn had come seeking experience and to live the adventures required for her to become truly an adult before returning to her colony. Lastly Kalasan came to this village in order to, as mandated by his deity, assist in its foundation and ensure that this becomes a hub of commerce and order. Perhaps, he may even come to spread the faith in due time.   After speaking with Ardum Stonepage, the regent Mayor's assistant, Kalasan was given the task to stop the raiding from nearby Kobolds. After that, he departed to the Fortuitous Coin, the local Tavern under the management of Finmin Merrywine, a rather cheerful halfling.   There he met with Barnabus who had rallied the crowd with a bunch of merry tunes, as well as Grenwyn, spurred on by Finmin's suggestion.   Together they made a plan to strike at the Kobold Den.   And strike they did.   After a few dead Kobolds they found more than a treasure. A massive goliath of a warforged whose cores returned him to life. With Barnabus and Grenwyn executing the sleeping Kobolds, and the Warforged coming to life, is he friend or foe? What awaits our heroes?   And after throwing caution to the wind, replacing faith with pragmatism, will Kalasan find himself in the good will of his God once more?
