HILSTON! Report

General Summary

The party reached Hilston, and didn't spend anytime dickering around, heading straight to the House of Scholars.  The delivered Ivy and Thorn and said their good byes to the two children who had been with them for several weeks.  They also said goodbye to Feebo and Cantatus who both decided that it as time to move one.   After delivering Aaron's research to the Scholar, they were rewarded with unlimited access to the Library of the House of Scholars.  The group spent a couple of day researching Castle Mithril, and during their night had several run ins with locals.   The first night ended in David and Willie delivering a baby, while Carados, and Finn calmed the mother, and Trevayn, the newest team member spent time with the father.   The second night they discovered the evidence of some time of battle finding two corpses.  One carried a map of the city, with several locations marked on it.  They decided to check into it as they explored the city.   They also ran into a young academy student being stalked by another  student whose love was misplaced.  Carados kindly stepped in, pretending to be the lover if the young woman, a fact that later proved itself to be true.  There was a duel of word (Poems to b precise) and Carados came out victorious.  
  On their last day of research, they found enough information to lead them to Castle Mithril, but while looking through the old scrolls Finn unleashed a spell or something which caused the creation of being that took the form of the party's fears.  Finn fought of a monster that looked like his beaten father, and carados spawned a vemoraxx soldier.  in addition the library seems to have some sort of defense spell that closes it of when it is threatened, trapping the party in the halls with the creatures.  How long will the spell last and can the party find its way out is still to be determined.

The party now knows where to get the leaf that will get them entrance to the Elven lands where they should be able to find someone capable of opening the scroll.

The PArty met Crissius again, and with him Fettlebottom a Gnome who is working on an invention that will help in the fight with the Vemoraxx and Trevayn, a warrior/mage who is also hunting Vemoraxx.  Trevayn traveled with the characters to the library to help them research.
