Session 11: Escape from Roshane Report

General Summary

Having destroyed the Geisha's supply of dreamsmoke and roughing up the artificer's laboratory, the party had one last objective to complete: obtain the Scroll of Secrets. Exiting the lab, it was only mere moments before they encountered the Geisha herself as she and a group of her assorted lackeys waited for them in an adjoining room. The conversation was brief, and, apparently, mostly unmemorable. But it was Jun Kao's intimidating short-temperedness that allowed the group to fulfill their final goal of the mission. With the Scroll of Secrets in hand, the party was ready to escape Roshane and return to the House of 10,000 Eyes for their prize.   Leaving Roshane would not be easy. As they attempted to exit the Geisha's compound, a group of guards led by the blue dragonborn that welcomed them to the village attacked. It seems the fire they started beneath the warehouse drew too much attention and the authorities were able to discover the source. Hikaru almost met her permanent end. Without aid from the Geisha's crew, the party was able to dispatch the guards and their furious dragonborn leader.   Their path now clear and the remaining authorities distracted by the billowing smoke from the warehouse, the party was able to part ways with the mysterious Geisha and left Roshane behind.
