Curios shadow in Asbravn Report
General Summary
The party moves down into Asbravn to investigate. The come upon some large, bulky machine that walks around collecting the dead corpses in town. The party decides to attack the machine and surprises it whilst it is moving between two buildings. Battle first goes bad for the Heroes of Hinforthe. With much of the party getting paralyzed by the collector. And both Aista and Kipp Grusnäve going down at separate points. And the machinery using arcane crafts to summon 6 specters to aid it. The specters do get killed and scared away with turn undead. And the battle tide changes to the favor of the party. The construct tries to paralyze Kipp Grusnäve as well. But fails. In the end Leonthal makes a series of movements with his rapier and fires off 2 Eldrige Blast bolts at the construct. Finishing it off. Malkath then finds 600 gold pieces and 60 platinum pieces wedged in the construct and on the corpses on it. Therae also finds a peculiar potion that looks to contain fog. But the fog moves ans pours like liquid inside. The party moves back to the camp and tell Woodfellow and the treecutting team about their experience. Malkath and Leonthal sits down to read the contract from Dral'gath the Ensnarer. As she passed away in the fight, it is unclear if the contract is still valid. But it seems unchanged. But for the whereabouts of Dral'gath the Ensnarer, they are unknown. Later in the night, both Aista and Therae get the same dream. Their brother Nûrnen calling out to them from what looks like to be a cell in a dungeon. Asking them to aid him in Iriaebor.
