Session 1: Attack on Greenest Report

General Summary

1. We started in a tavern in Greenest where T-Pain and Hoovs live and frequent the bar.
2. Our goal at dinner is to discern the other characters’ reasons for being in Greenest
3. Its a beautiful fall evening but the thunderous sounds are out of place and there’s no other sign of bad weather
4. Suddenly, kobolds bust into the tavern and the woman with the hammer who’s protecting her husband yells, ‘get to the keep!’ Cinead sees an army of kobolds with a blue dragon (who apparently caused the thunderous noises) rushing to Greenest
5. We decide to save the civilians and get to the keep
6. Hoovs jumped the fence and stomped a kobold to free the horses in the hopes of using them to help the civilians escape
7. The woman with the hammer took out a cult fanatic
8. The dragon destroyed the tavern and the market
9. We got the civilians safely into a building away from the market to plan our path to the keep
10. The building where we’re hiding is The Hammer and the guy in the building is Karn who was the blacksmith. He died :(
11. We see a 2-story building that’s a cafe, herbal ‘pot’ shop apothecary
12. We learn about the Cult of the Dragon that the kobolds are serving
13. Hoovs and Lillifern went after the serpent kobold did 22 damage (Hoovs rolled a crit!)
14. We all got to the 2-story building and our Martha finds good stuff in the apothecary
15. Dragon is coming back
16. Hoovs and Lillifern notice a sizeable form that’s hard to discern but looks big and bad
17. he governor of Greenest is hurt
18. All of the civilians have been fighting the “purple cultists”
19. The dragon flies off
20. Many good people have died this night
21. In the morning, a man serving the blue dragon demands a champion to fight for the prisoners (civilians) T-Pain volunteers for the 1x1 fight and gets knocked down - dragon man stabs him through the chest with a sword and now T-Pain has the sword!
