Issue 5: Dragon Gets a Promotion

General Summary

Agreeing on the need to identify the capes that Infinity is most likely to target, Director Piggot contacts the PRT's database engineer/super-genius - a mysterious Norwegian Tinker known only as Dragon. Her Tinker specialty is the management and accessibility of information.   Dragon teleconferences in to brief the group. After charming the audience with her adorable accent and lovable manner, Dragon was so beloved by party members and DM alike that she became the de facto narrator from now on. So say we all.   After graciously accepting this metaphysical promotion, Dragon gives the party and the Protectorate a full briefing on the individuals that she has identified as the twelve most powerful parahumans -which she calls the Omega Capes - in each of the twelve categories.   Just after the briefing concludes, the Protectorate receive a distress signal. It's from Geomancer - one of the Omega Capes they were just briefed on, who also happens to be Johnny and Bobby's mom!
