Issue 2: Message from the Future

General Summary

Abe Springfield, Ultimate Donny, Johhny Fire, and Bobby Ice face off against the Pushers, a gang of telekinetic super-villains. Abe was almost crushed by Astaroth, but Bobby managed to freeze him in his tracks; keeping him that way until his teammates had been managed. Despite being hopelessly, hilariously outgunned; our heroes manage to take the villains down!   But before they could celebrate their victory, Abe's eyes started glowing blue, and he spoke in a voice that was not his own. The voice belonged to Profit, who claimed to be transmitting a message from the future!   Prof-Abe warned that in ten days, 60% of all capes would already be dead; with the death-toll rising every day. The architect of this calamity is called Infinity,; and his plan begins with capturing the most powerful parahumans in each of the twelve categories and weaponizing their powers. This is done with the help of a medical Tinker named Bonesaw; who ProfAbe says is the key to Infinity's plan.   The last clue Profit gives before returning to the future is that Infinity found a way to remove the natural limiters that dampen super-powers to prevent the parahuman from harming themselves with them. This allows him to wield the stolen powers to devastating effect, but might also make him vulnerable.   With that, Profit left and Abe regained control of his body; leaving the group wondering what to do next.
