Republic Group Session III Report

General Summary

Illuamor and Estrella decide to take Tadashi and leave the rest of party behind to find a tavern while they're waiting for the government building to open. They fly down the mountain and land in the main city of Glantry, finding a tavern pretty quickly. The two end up meeting a mysterious clown named Scurra, who Estrella gets into into a fight with. The scuffle escalates into a tavern fight where Veramor rips out the barkeep's eye and then kills a man when Illuamor is trying to save Estrella.
After running away from a group of guards on a Slugknee Illuamor summoned, they realize they forgot Tadashi behind at the tavern. They argue for a while over whether or not to go back for him.
When Illuamor tries to fly Estrella through the city, Scurra jumps on top of them and the trio crashes to the ground. Scurra inserts himself into the party despite the other two saying he can't join, and continues to follow them for the rest of the time.
Scurra starts playing music on his flute while casting illusions, causing a crowd of people to appear. The audience claps and throws gold at him until a guard comes up and orders the group to stop. Scurra backflips out the moment the guard appears, leaving Illuamor and Estrella behind. The two manage to lie to the guard that they were only trying to perform in order to get money for their "sick friend" (Illuamor) and didn't know they needed a permit to perform here. The guard leaves them alone, but says not to let it happen again.
