Aria is a young Eladrin woman who recently struck out on her own to make her way in the world, and wound up being taken in by the Hellsford circus. She grew up with nothing in Hellsford, and what she lacks in intellect and experience she makes up for with the grit and street smarts afforded by her upbringing.
 
Bailey Barnum, circus ringleader of “The Greatest Show in Rygenberg,” is the dwarven man who Aria credits for taking her under his wing and getting her off the street. Although his greed is the motivation for running the circus (and the money laundering and contraband trafficking it facilitates under the surface), he’s a showman at heart and Aria respects him for that.
