Personal history
Since the age of 16, Numa has been an Adventure. She wanted to travel the world with her pals, who were a little older than her. As she was the youngest of the group. They built a great party that was capable of taking on a variety of good assignments. As they grew and gained popularity, they decided to call themselves the Shadow Strikers. They thought it was wonderful how they could get in and out of so many places without being spotted. This led to a slew of infiltration and recon jobs. Numa has the ability to blend into the shadows, sneak around, and leave no trace behind. She was very skilled with short swords. Her strongest feature is her capacity to summon miniature eyes and look through them to scout their surroundings. Thank her eyes this is what has kept their group afloat and thriving for many years.
Their task one faithful night was to exterminate a bunch of Vile Mages and retrieve the artifacts. That has involved a variety of objects. They discovered their hiding place, and Numa summoned her minny eyes. She could see that they were all sleeping. Even though they were sleeping, she noticed that the base was pretty well lifted up. They thought that was strange, but they reasoned that most of this Mage group species couldn't see in the dark. They went in and assaulted, but it was all a ruse. The Mages were waiting for them and took out two of their companions and injured rest. Before the Mages could take out the other 3 one of her friends sacrificed himself and severed all the magicians' hands. She saw the opportunity and finished the job. However, she was badly harmed by a curse that limited her lung capacity.
That was the end of her adventure days, but the Guild master suggested she work as a receptionist and share her knowledge and experiences with the existing adventuring parties and newcomers. She didn't want to do it at first, but she knew someone had to help adventurers before they go on the job. Her second survivor was not seen or heard from again after the funeral of the three friends.
