The ruler of Ly'tel Amma, of only vaguely noble blood, but his line was the only one to survive the Night of the Uncaged, and more importantly the only one to remain with the city while it was abandoned and fell into ruin. Now the leader of a city undergoing a rapid rebuilding project, he is becoming more protective of his position and his hold on authority.
