Carman Rajani is the last living descendant of the famous Vol Rajani, member of the Roseguard and co-founder of Otari. Carman grew up on stories of Vol’s bravery, her dedication to her friends, and her skill-at-arms with her famous sword, the Cooperative Blade. Carman has run for Mayor three times, losing by larger margins each time and is resentful of Mayor Oseph Menhemes.
