Rapp is a for-hire get-the-job-done-er.
 
He is most well known for stealing a popular Tabaxi made piece of artwork from a Leonin noble in an attempt to start a movement to improve Tabaxi status within the Cabalic Republic. The only movement that ended up happening was his own to a prison cell.
 
Aside from taking jobs from others in need, he often acts of his own accord to challenge the status quo and benefit those who are underrepresented.
