Special abilities

Caeldrim's Original Conduit Variable that he spent years harnessing evolved into what was known as Eclipse Warrior.

However, when put on trial against The Hollowed Angels, Caeldrim was deemed not worthy of his power. Causing him to lose Eclipse Warrior, A Celestial Conduit Variable.

But in his time of need, he was blessed with a new power by The Warden.

Personal history

Caeldrim Nightstar was born on the year 1306 in The Feywild as the youngest of identical triplets. Caeldrim was born into the royal family of The Twilight Dynasty, a lineage of beings born from the Twilight Fey, elves that once lived on the moon. The Twilight Dynasty part of his genetics came from his mother, Selandra Twilight. Meanwhile, his father Sol'Ae, was a completely different beast. Sol'Ae is an Archfey that was born in The Feywild, and raised by King Oberonn and Queen Tatiana. Due to this, The Nightstar Triplets were expected to be born for greatness.

However, most of the family's efforts were focused on the oldest of the Nightstar brothers, Laucian. As he had revealed himself to be arguably the most powerful/talented at such a young age. Varis, the middle child, who was still gifted would focus on his own stuff, while also being mainly focused on by their mother. Meanwhile, Caeldrim was jealous. He didn't like how he seemed to be the one focused on the least. However, his mother would still come and show him love and kindness while his dad would go and train Laucian. Although not as much as she cared for Varis

Caeldrim went to fancy prep schools in addition to custom schooling, but he never really liked it as much as people would expect. So what he would do is that he would sneak out from time to time and venture out on his own into the woods and explore. Sometimes he'd end up in different cities and would lie about who he was to not garner attention. Caeldrim considered himself a man of the people. Going about where he could spending time helping those he could.

He mainly would do this as a way to try and be like his older brother Laucian. As much as Caeldrim doesn't like to admit it, as a kid, he idolized his older brothers, his dad, mom, Etc. So much so, that he tried to follow in their footsteps and failed at it.

Eventually, on his 18th birthday, he had a dream. A dream about the Moon. And this dream allowed for him to unlock his conduit variable. And just a few months after that, he received a letter from Evergrim University. And the rest was history.

Caeldrim and his squad singlehandedly defeated and killed Jubilex: The Demon Lord Of Gluttony.

Caeldrim eventually was granted The Warden's Blessing Of The Sun. And after going through the test, he was granted the power of Prince Of The Eclipse.

Caeldrim also ended up taking the position of Khan Of The Kingdom Of Eclipse after Sol'Ae passed his power to Caeldrim. This happened in the last seconds before Sol'Ae was banished from Evermoore by Aidren The Archlich.

Failures & Embarrassments

As the youngest of his triplet brothers Laucian and Varis, as a kid he was constantly lacking behind them. They both were always stronger then him. Laucian especially. Caeldrim's Dad put his focus into Laucian, since he had the most potential.

His first year as a student at Evergrim University he lacked to form genuine friendships with people causing those relationships to fizzle out. An example of this being with Sarah Brendouh, a girl he dated in his first year that ended due to Caeldrim focusing on other things.

The losses of people that he knew like Rekesh Mohinder, Jake Truthborn, Erin Lakeleaf, Ben, and Sebastian Shadowclaw. Not to mention his close friend and teammate Skrat.

Caeldrim when confronted by The Hollowed Angels, tried to convince them of his worthiness as a hero and as The Ambassator Of Evermoore. The Hollowed Angels, while trying to give him a chance, saw that he wasn't what they expected. And as a sacrifice, took his conduit variable from Caeldrim and Laucian.

Caeldrim when he was granted the power of Twilight Herald from The Oracle made a choice. The Oracle told him that he must ban all Kalashtar from The Kingdom Of Eclipse. Caeldrim begrudgingly agreed, and this led to Konri leaving the team since he can't enter The Kingdom Of Eclipse.

Konri revealed to Caeldrim that The Oracle was actually King Oberonn. And that she put his mother through torment with the title of Herald.

Mental Trauma

During his first year of training, Caeldrim went under the training of James Hawkhold. And the first thing that James did was leave his floating in the astral sea alone for a week as soon as he accepted the offer. Floating alone...7 days of Isolation with beings so large and terrifying that a fool would mistake it for a God or Ultimate Evil. His training with James during his first year consisted of him dying in clone bodies and being brought back to life over 50 times.

Losing people at Evergrim like Rekesh, Jake, Erin, Sebastion, Ben, and Skrat. Caeldrim feels responsible for the deaths of those people. And he doesn't want to lose anymore people.

Due to being the youngest of his siblings and not being focused on as much, Caeldrim never really likes to talk about his family. Partially because he believes that secretly his friends might like them more then him. Because as a kid, he wasn't all that used to people liking him for him. Or he's scared that his friends might hate his family. Because as much as he doesn't like to talk about them, they're still his family and he cares for them.

Due to this, whenever Caeldrim is around family, he can be a bit more brash and emotionally susceptible.

While he did save him through storing his Magi and consciousness within Caeldrim, Laucian Nightstar's physical body was killed by Hilda The Witch. And that has left Caeldrim permeantly stucken. Although Laucian was brought back from the dead thanks to Hollyhock.

Intellectual Characteristics

Caeldrim is strategic and cunning. Which is helpful when he needs to be a leader.

He also is courageous, taking risks when nobody else would.

Morality & Philosophy

Caeldrim after training with James came to the philosophy of "Only The Strong Survive". However, Caeldrim still believes in using his abilities to help as many people as he can, however he can. Even if it means sacrificing himself, he will. That's how his power evolved in a way that he takes damage to protect people.

This has led Caeldrim to start to adapt a new school of thought that he calls T.R.U.S.T. (Twilight Realm United for Stability and Trust). The philosophy of which is similar to H.O.P.E. A philosophy that focuses of trusting in yourself and trusting that everything will work out. Have trust in Evermoore, others, and yourself.
