Physical Description

Slender but solid and very toned.

Body Features

His right arm is horrendously scared as if all the skin had been peeled off and now there seems to be ivory plates and slinters place as cover to the wounds with skin growing around and over them to as they are part of his skin now.

Facial Features

Most of the time he keeps his face covered behind a leather and and fabric covering, that is part of the armour's hood, during combat and travel. When it is down, his right ear appears as if it was melted down and is smaller than the other and this scaring and Ivory armoring continuous up the arm and will slightly poke out from the pack of the armour to the base of the skull on the right side.
His face is very pale making it hard at times to notice the ivory shards. His nose, brow and chin are chiseled and more pointed showing that one of his parents was pure-blood elf.

Identifying Characteristics

All down his spine there are tattoos of raven wings, a set that seems to sprout from each vertebrae as if his spine was a branch that dozens of ravens have just landed on. the wings of the one that extends from the first thoracic vertebrae look as if the disperse into wisps of black shadows and extend down the arms and begin to form into wholes on the palms that look as if they are pits. If one stares at them hard enough it looks as if the black in swirls.

Apparel & Accessories

All of his equipment is black leather with studding of Ivory, sourced from some creature. The leathers are many overlapping pieces of hard black leather embroidered and shaped as feathers. There is minimal embroidery of silver on some of the edges but all the buckles are of the same Ivory. His armour has an integrated leather hood that can be pulled up and cover the face to make it look a little like a raven's head. Declan wears a black cloak as well that has a deep hood along with a quiver on his hip and one silvered dagger that fits tight under some of the folds in his armour. On his back he carries a metal shield that has the same Ivory white looking embroideries as well as more overlapping leather. The shield is semi in the shape of a wings.
Most that look at him see no weapon and only the Quiver being carried with now bow or crossbow.

Special abilities

Every morning Declan faces away from the rising sun and pulls his dagger. He then summons shadow stuff from his palms and lifts the dagger into the air about 6" from his palms as he re-affirms his patronage to the Raven Queen and asks her to bless the blade that it may bring her the souls destined for her guidance.

Mentality

Education

He was the son of a Local Knight (His mother a Human) and had some formal education but it did not take well so, he left to find his own way. Most of his education came from the cult he had been taken in by. After leaving them he dedicated a lot of his time to studies of the undead and necromantic entities he hunts.

Employment

The Raven Queen calls on him when she needs. In the mean time he provides his tracking skills to Jo'Ven Cliffbreak when needed to find someone. He also provides services of being a bounty hunter when it presents its self.

Mental Trauma

He was terribly torchured by occultist of Orcus to be offered up as a sacrifice. He had acid dipped slowly on him for 2 weeks with the endless wails of the Nine Hells keeping him awake. They gave him to a minatour that used him as a rag doll and broke most of the vertebra in his back. They used stasis magic to keep him alive and awake even after his bodies limits had been reached.

After they began to flay the skin and muscle from his right arm staring at the finger nails and moving up to his neck. it was as them began to peel up the first part of his scalp that the Raven Queen was able to break in and came to him.

He has an uncanny ability to understand the underbelly of a city.

He keeps his equipment and self rather clean and packs much of his armor with pouches of nice smelling flowers and herbs. even with this there always seems to be this slight hint of death.
