Xoblob is a deep gnome shopkeeper in Waterdeep in the Dock Ward.

Xoblob managed the Old Xoblob Shop in Dock Ward.

We met this strange gnome while investigating Floon's abduction.

After a small chat and some hookah activities he favored us as equals.

He gave us needed information and direction about Floon's fate at a Zhentarim's warehouse at Candlelane street.

Apparently he is, or at least was an agent of Xanatar.
