Seen at the Bar Cordano on the night of the of Larkin's introduction to the expedition.

This figure was seen at the Bar Cordano nursing a drink during the meeting with Augustus Larkin on the investigator's first night in Lima.
 
He was noticed by Cillian Patrick Donnelly sitting with a drink, but not actually drinking anything. He was also a bit out of place, appearing to be alone and of European descent.
 
He later turned up again near Puno. Nayra was attacked on a floating island on Lake Titicaca by strange men with mouths like lamprey eels. After the chas of a battle in the night, one of the corpses was recognized by Cillian Patrick Donnelly to be the same man he saw at Bar Cordano the first night in Lima.
