A Hunter in the Road Crew who managed to escape the Life-Storage Bombing and is now out for revenge.

Harry works in one of Chicago's road repair crews, and is Irene's husband. They argue more than they used to, but with two city jobs they have enough to barely keep their heads above water. Irene and Harry have three children, all girls. Harry's older sister is presumed dead, and his niece died in a car crash after a concert just three weeks ago. Now the building their whole crew was having their Halloween party in got bombed! Irene is terrified and in shock and Harry is holding down his untargeted rage. Is life trying to kill them? Why?
