Personal history

Hildegard Von Konigsmark, Hildy to her friends, and a Royal Pain in the Ass to her enemies, is the oldest daughter, and heiress, of the noble house of Konigsmark in Ruval. A self proclaimed "slave to her status", Hildegard was trained relentlessly from birth in the subtle art of etiquette, business, and anything else that would ensure she was suitable to fulfill her role as the eventual head of the Konigsmark family.
Hildegard abhorred the long lessons, the long dinners and the long meetings she was subjected to, and found her only respite in her younger sister's presence and the physical training from her tutor, the famed Ruvalian Swords-woman, Sanistasia Der Graust, whom her family had hired for private lessons.
Fascinated by her mentor's martial prowess and stories of grand adventure Hildegard began to forsake her other lessons in favor of dueling and scrapping with her mentor's children.
When the effect of her fighting lessons on her other classes became too apparent to ignore, her parents cancelled the private tutelage, even going so far as to publicly accuse Der Graust of poisoning their daughter's mind after Hildegard was found sneaking to more lessons on multiple occasions.
The heated arguments that followed caused such a divide between Hildegard and her parents that during one particularly aggressive exchange, Hildegard's father regretfully exclaimed that she was no longer considered to be a member of the Konigsmark family and was no longer welcome under their roof.
Hildegard left the very same night

Employment

Unemployed prior to leaving Ruval, Hildegard has since found work as a hired sword, bodyguard, and bounty hunter amongst other odd jobs.
