From the day he was born, there was little doubt that Fazul would one day be the CEO of the Coop given that he would one day inherit all his father, the CEO at the time's shares. This doesn't mean he had an easy life, just an easy one in comparison with other Coop members. His mother died when he was young, and his wife died in an attack by raiders just a couple months after the birth of their daughter, Yana. He became CEO just a few months ago after his father died from a cancerous illness.
 
Fazul is generally known to be a good person and easy to get along with. While not yet as skilled as his father was, he can be a fierce negotiator for both himself and the Coop. He cares deeply for, and is highly protective of his 10-year-old daughter Yana. Some say he is overprotective and that is leading him not to train her as well as he should if he hopes for her to be his successor.
