Brughor Axe-Biter is the leader of a group of scouts from the Many Arrows tribe.
Axe-Biter seems like a ferocious brute, much larger than the orcs he leads. He believes he's the Scion of Gruumsh and the rightful king of the Many Arrows Kingdom. In order to stake his claim, he requires an ancient artifact; the hand of Uruth, a legendary war chief who laid waste to Phandalin and Wave Echo Cave nearly 500 years ago. He believes the hand is now in the Wave Echo Cave and wont leave the area until he finds it.
