Sorche the Devil of the Sauna is the local equivalent of a boss of the Cold Steam Enclave. He is a tall red devil that owns the Cold Steam Sauna, but his orders are respected throughout the rest of the enclave. While he has many gang connections, he is not himself actually part of any gangs, nor does he appear to engage in illegal activity.
