Garra is a half-ogre lieutenant in the Daask crime syndicate. Garra isĀ unusually charismatic for her race. She often comes across as friendly, but she is also capable to being ruthless and violent if necessary. She expects honestly and loyalty from her underlings and she gives the same to them. She is known for looking out for those she is loyal to, but also has no problem beheading those who betray her trust.
Garra sees Daask as a necessary evil. She sees it as an organization that prevents total chaos in the city slums by providing some manner of law and order. In her mind, they provide employment for monsters, especially those who fought in the last war without any support from humans when they returned.
Garra's opinion is that the humans are the oppressors of the monstrous races that live in their cities. She has seen the racism, and the lack of opportunities her kind face. She seeks ways to benefit her kind. She wants to find ways to improve the lives of her kind. Recently she decided that she wanted to open a trade school for the monstrous races. She has a few allies in Daask that share her goal. However Daask as a whole is indifferent to her goals and idealism.
Garra has little regard for humans and has no problem with committing even the most reprehensible crimes against them. However, she is willing to ally herself with anyone who can help her achieve her goals. She treats her allies with respect.
Garra is a member of a small circle of Daask leaders that owe their true allegiance to the Daughters of Sora Kell. To that end she has been working in secret with the daughters to fight world ending threats that could harm Droaam. For this she seeks resourceful adventurers to work with.
