Just a young man trying to enjoy his life hunting in the great outdoors and saving it from a lich threat.

Faen was a young man who grew up outside of Ferrus spending most of his time in the woods being taught to be a great hunter. He would often bring home deer, hares, and sometimes even boars. After a while, the monotony of such simple hunts bored him and he left his parents and small home in the woods to find a place where he could put his skills to better use and bring glory to his name. That's when he found the Syndicate of Xan. He became part of the syndicate and proceeded to be a sniper and scout for them. Few could hope to match his skills with the longbow in the syndicate. After having heard rumors of great crafter's amongst the Druid Enclave he decided to make his way over to them to have a bow crafted for him. In return they asked him to assist them in stopping a goblin horde from destroying the forests outside of the city. With the help of Violet and Bella, and the unexpected appearance of a Blackheart Assassin from the syndicate, they managed to reveal the camp and its plans to the Verdant Bow, the Lord Ranger at the time. Faen continued to work with the syndicate on odd jobs and helped to dehaunt the mansion they now use for their base. Going forward Faen continued to work for the Syndicate as well as the Druid Enclave. He hunted a chimera for the Enclave that was wreaking havoc in the nearby forests and had a quiver crafted from its pieces. The next large job was a Wyvern hunt with Ashley Stormsoar and Elias Waverider, where Faen managed to shoot the Wyvern out of the sky with his skills. After having successfully hunted the wyvern, he found its nest and 3 eggs not yet hatched, a black, a red, and a green. He had the eggs taken to the Druid Enclave to see if they could help with hatching them. In the mean time, he then stopped a small remnant group of a goblin scouting party with ballistae with the help of some junior bloodhunters-in-training, Ashley, and Violet. The rest of the syndicate at the time, Gerry Rex and Underfoot, also arrived on the island for their own reasons. Together they found a god's relic, a necklace, and then had a chance encounter with the Lich, Anita Vex, while trying to save the Archdruid. While they failed to save the Archdruid, they managed to repel Anita Vex and the creature she summoned, a Beholder, and escape with their lives with the help of the recently returned Avarkard who was supposed to be dead. Before they escaped Faen was entrusted with the seedling that had been the previous Archdruid reincarnated to give to her daughter. Once the syndicate returned from the catacombs, he delivered the news and the seedling. The next day, The Verdant Bow took up the mantle of Archdruid and offered Faen the position of Lord Ranger.
