Patient is 42 years of age.
 
Presents symptoms of pre-diabetes and pretension.
 
I suggest a diet intervention and prescribe Amyl Nitrate and Valium.
 
Patient: "What do I owe you, Doc?"
 
Dr: "Counting last year's check up which we still haven't sent to collections? $150. We have a special program where this session is free with a donation of blood."
 
Patient: "...what do you do with it?" Patient begins showing signs of unease.
 
Dr: "I use it. It's donated to a surgery clinic."
 
Patient: "You're one of them, ain't you?"
 
Dr: "One of what?" Dr presses the silent alarm in Reception.
 
Patient: [REDACTED]
Patient exposes a Crucifix on a necklace and begins scrambling for an object in his jacket pocket.
 
Dr: "[Patient], I am not a [REDACTED]. I am a Christian." Dr points to crucifix on the wall.
 
Patient pulls a 9mm pistol from his pocket and fires two rounds into Dr.
Round α hits Dr in the forehead, causing extensive damage to Dr prefrontal and occipital lobe. Exit wound was 4cm in diameter and damage to the occipital lobe temporarily blinds the Dr's physical sight.
 
Round β shattered the left #3 rib and ricochets down through the diaphragm and liver. Disintegrated on impact with Dr's illium.
 
Dr enters an enraged fuge state and begins to transform into a large water fowl while grabbing for the gun. Patient's right hand and wrist is severed 18cm below the elbow.
 
Patient enters shock. Dr begins exsanguinating Patient.
 
[Orderly] arrives. "Doc! Christ! Stop!"
 
Dr's shadow begins unsuccessfully restraining Dr.
 
Patient expires of organ failure.
 
Dr finishes exsanguinating Patient.
 
Dr attacks [Orderly]. Orderly throws Dr against back wall of Examination Room 1 and locks the reinforced fire door.
