Born in a contested region, Rol was no stranger to a prejudice. The other nobles looked down on him for being a half elf. To add to the problems his father was a war hero. Hearing news of a new continent he decides to take the job taming this vast new frontier. Although, there may be some other more personal intentions laying beneath the surface.
