Rhys Runeweaver was the elder brother to Ryland and Rory Runeweaver , and was a founding member of the Precursor Preservation Initiative. Rhys and his daughter, Rona, also traveled alongside Ryland and Rory during their journey to bring the Secret Heir to Asgorath at the Shrine of Io. He is most well known for his advancements with Precursor technology during his tenure at the Eden Acadamy for the Arcane Arts that lead to the development of the steamwagon and the hovercoach.
