Lykus is a tabaxi ranger swarmkeeper, his constant goal is to do new and interesting things but not at the expense of others, unless they're willingly giving it over.

I am a Tabaxi born in Ughalt, The Hub of Medicine, in the Heartoak Confederacy.
 
My parents were an odd pair: a strong Leonin Fighter by the name of Lygar Valafar, and a slender and wise Tabaxi Druid named Light of the Night. But I had different interests, pursuing the path of the Ranger instead of their example, but they aligned in a way, so my mother taught me Druidic, how to be wise, and my father taught me how to be a strong leader. But I had always felt some disdain due to my decision, so I left as soon as turned of age, to purse the life of a hunter, a ranger.
 
I was pretty much on my own, but I found it easy to get started in Ughalt, finding a hunter job as well as a tannery to combine with the craft of a hunter. I practiced leatherworking in my spare time, as a hunter always needs protection against the elements, as well as threats. And it was good money to get the leather sold on the market.
 
The job was rather lonely, but I treated anyone injured if I could get to them in time, carried them to a healer if I could, the woods are not easy on the weak. I haven't been able to find true companionship in the city, so I sought solace in the woods.
 
Heard about the goddess Theuron, whose goal was to protect nature, a goal in which I believe, as nothing can really survive without nature, we must be respectful of it, and not take more than we need. Hunting for sport instead of necessity is something I cannot approve of.
 
Spending my days practicing my craft in my adulthood, there was a day when a man came by speaking of a high pay contract to guard a city's construction, and I thought "Well, it will surely be more interesting than hunting", and I signed up.
