Operating as the highest authority in Cenedl Llywelyn, Henur Tomos is the poster child for a lesser aristocracy upbringing. He fancies himself a lord fit to sit at the Council of Ieswey, and while he holds the birthright, he is easily manipulated and almost never trusted.
Within the Cenedl, he has appointed multiple Siryf's each with their own jurisdiction and the ability to act, legislate and judge in his stead.
