Brother of Kate Zimmerset, and Uncle to both Tawthorne, and Hawthorne StoneStorm. Brandon is the current reigning Margrave of Westruun and is seen in a good light by most. He has aided the party on multiple occasions. And has gone so far as to disguise himself to continue serving the people of Westruun though his life was in danger.

Born in Westruun, led a very successful life as a City-Guard for the majority of his life. Only a few years ago did everything he worked so hard for crumble around him, when Umbrassyl, Hope Devourer, an ancient Black Dragon held the city of Westruun captive, and in an attempt to banish this evil from the city, Donovan Zimmerset, his father, stood before the dragon and commanded him, in the name of Bahamut to return to the foul and putrid swamp he crawled from. and to never return. This was the course of events that led to the death of Donavan Zimmerset. But Brandon did not wane, for he knew the city of Westruun needed a strong leader to guide them through, even if it ended with his death as well. But death never came, instead, the heroes Vox Machina slew the chromatic dragon, freeing Westruun from his clutches. Some months later, Brandon was elected Margrave for his strength in the face of uncertainty and ability to lead the soldiers under immeasurable pressure. And Brandon still leads Westruun with a strong sense of duty to this day...
