An eccentric but honorable ex-military officer. Moved to Aleburg when he retired from the military because he thought it would be a good place to get a drink. Joined The Freaks to help clean the place up.

Known for going into combat with a longsword, longbow, and bagpipes, Crazy John Hillchurch made a name for himself in the last war as a man of honor and bravery. Following the war, he retired from military service and moved to Aleburg, in Northport, assuming it would have a nice selection of pubs to spend his early retirement in. Instead, he found a scene not unlike that which he saw in the war. He swore an oath to turn the neighborhood around, aligning himself with The Freaks as they seemed like the best positioned to accomplish this.
