Personal history

There is not a lot that Sir Edo knows about his heritage. He was abandoned in a small lake located at the outskirts of the city called Safehaven when he was but a tadpole and his upbringing was somewhat of a spectacle within the city. The months he spent in the lake during his youth were never solitary. In fact, dozens of people showed up to see the little tadpole go about his business each day. It was this that made Edo pretty well known within the city which made it easy for him to get a roof over his head and acquire a spot at the Hourglass Academy. Edo was a bright student and was quick to learn his native tongue as well as getting a newfound interest in the mystical city called "Naktamun". A city always visible on the horizon from Safehaven. Even though the city is visible to the naked eye there is no certainty of its actual existence and no one is certain how to reach it.
Explorers have been trying to find the lost city for centuries but to no avail. The opportunity to make such an incredible discovery would ensure a spot in the history books for countless ages to come.
