Hal is a blacksmith in the town of Marka. Her interest in smithing is more in the design of metal and gems, though her background is in practical tools and weapon making. Obsessed with fine metals and shiny things, she also has a long history of having itchy fingers and stealing things only from people that she thinks won't miss the money or objects.
