His name is Haldir Nailo, the Nightbreeze. Dilettante by day (and night) and hard edged interrogator by request of his benefactors. He dresses sharp, preferring bright colors and fashionable cuts to his garments. He caries himself with an air of grace and poise, juxtaposed alongside his unearthly and exotic nature. He bandies about with aristocrats, courtesans, and nobles of Amn in Athkala primarily, but occasionally takes his show on the road to other cities and towns in and out of Amn on official and occasional unofficial business. He made his wealth as a former ships master and trades master operating routes between Amn and Maztica. He has shady connections, and owes much currently to House Dannihyr.
