Sheik of the Oasis of the White Palm

Kasim Arslan was a human man who lived in the Valley of the Kings area of Aradi al-Qadr around the coming of the Sixth or Current Age of Azocar. Kasim was the Sheik or leader of the Thune tribes that permanently occupied the Oasis of the White Palm until his death late in the year 17 CA. He was succeeded by his first-born son, Hassan.
