Queen of the Lizardfolk that live in Saltmarsh

Othokent is the current queen of the lizardfolk in Saltmarsh. She faces much opposition from the shamans of the tribe, to the point of demanding her to appoint a cousin as the male successor to the throne while heirless to even be recognized.
 
In reflection of her choice of Sauriv as an advisor, she revealed to the party in private that she actually has spied on human caravans in her youth and is fascinated by human culture. She even requests to party to play a game of Goblins and Grottos to gain her favor.
