Blair is the Farseeker of the Nordengoths, and is often off running to get whatever her adopted sister-witches need. She spends most of her time outside the Sanctum and is more concerned with the wider world of Chicagoland than the others. She also loves to mess with people by acting like a street magician and performing impossible tricks for tips. But that's just a side-hustle. Her main income comes from her arcane experimentation with the Time Arcanum.
