Declan was raised an orphan in the streets. After an incident caused him and his brother to choose different paths, Declan quickly climbed the ranks in his little brotherhood. After a few mysterious incidents on missions, Declan was forced, by choice, into exile and began to wander, eventually finding his way to tribute.
