Shea was abandonned at the age of 5 in Alvar, capital city of the Dark elves. She grew up on the streets, helped by her fellow homeless elves and finally joined a gang of thieves. They thought her the tools of the trade and she finally felt like she belonged somewhere, even though she kept wondering where she came from.
 
But one day she got a task from a patron to steal from Bastian Loudrin, high guild master of the merchant guild. Someone saw her after a slip up and all the guards were looking for her after that. The theft was succesfull but she didnt feel safe anymore in the city, so dicided to flee and travel the continents, using her skills to pay for all of it.
 
After a few years traveling, she went to Avlee and heard of a party that was going to happen that evening. She was a bit short on cash and decided to go there to refill her purse. There she met her traveling compagnons and they told her about a contest were you could win a title and a castle. She thought it would be a good chance to get a new home and maybe escape her persecutors for good, so she agreed and travelled with them from there on forward.
