It's difficult see many features through Snakeheads robes, but at first glance one would assume he was a dark skinned halfling.

Apparel & Accessories

Snakehead usually wears a floor-length robe with a cowled hood pulled down over his eyes. In combat the robe comes off to reveal a pair of loose three quarter length breeches.

Little is known about Snakehead, even to Snakehead himself.
 
Mostly he just has brief glimpses of memory.
 
All he knows for certain is that he was in the Monastary in Qi for a long time, then the world went black. When he awakened he was roaming the wilderness and with some help from kindly strangers he found his way to Bards Gate.
