Lieutenant Giuseppe Guarino is the security chief on the USS Gogarg. He's of Italian descent, with olive skin and brown hair and has arms that look skinny but are surprisingly strong. A stickler for the rules, but only as the captain says. Brooding, more often than not.
Voice: probably mostly normal but he should totally have a bit of an Italian accent when stressed. Also might want to find some kind of folk phrase for him to mutter in Italian.
Knows: the name of the artifact, that it wrecked another ship, that they need to get rid of it. Not his idea but he's absolutely on board with it to save the captain's rep.
Ally? No, he's on T'Syr's side and she's not going to back down. But he'll probably be a little more friendly if people are respectful of his ship and crew.
