Orphan involved in the orphanage fire years ago seeking revenge on Charlie

The youngest of the family, and last to be pulled from the fire. Thanks to her deep infernal heritage, she was able to withstand the fire for a time, but she was not unaffected. she still left the rubble scarred and rendered near mute. Burns cover her from her waist up to her eye on her left side, which she haphazardly covers with bandages.
