Theseus's rival from the Coral City.

A rival of Theseus, Heliodoros Athanasiou has been sent in answer to the Lizardfolk summons of a war council. He is surprised to see Theseus, as several months have passed by since the Triton Senate have heard anything from the Triton.
 
 
Heliodoros is a member of the Coral Guard, an isolationary group within the Senate who wish the Triton’s to remain separate from all other races.
 
Heliodoros is egotistical and overconfident in his abilities. Since Theseus left the Coral City, Heliodoros has rose in prominence. In part from his own abilities, and also from his carefully selected alliances. Heliodoros does not like Theseus and is barely capable of hiding this.
